Leadership Council

Here’s how you can help us

School-Based Education and Prevention Program

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our dental education program. We need volunteers who can commit to one hour per week for a period of one year during the school year’s 12 week semesters. Volunteers will be responsible for teaching and supervising tooth brushing and flossing habits, explaining healthy dietary choices to reduce cavities, and assisting with developing dental health educational materials and curriculum.

Country Representative

Unspoken Smiles | Country Representatives work with dental students/professionals, organizations, and the university community to build awareness of the Unspoken Smiles’ mission. The role of a Country Representative is to build a strong network of dental professionals, resources, and also serve as a driving force toward meeting the challenge to improve oral health of low-income children in under-served communities through development and support of effective programs of oral health promotion and disease prevention.

International Day of Service

We need licensed dental professionals to perform dental services such as exams, cleanings, extractions, restorations and other preventative care during our International Day of Service.

We will also need volunteers to assist with cleaning and sterilizing instruments, performing administrative duties, and ensuring smooth operation of the Day of Service.
